Q: How do I care for my towels?

To keep your towels soft, plush and absorbent, wash them in cold or warm water up to 40C / 104F using a mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners, as they can coat the cotton fibers and reduce absorbency over time. For the best results, tumble dry on low heat and remove promptly to help maintain softness and performance wash after wash.

Q: Can I return my order?

Your comfort comes first. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 30 days and we will take care of the rest.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT

What's Included:

Bath Towels (4)
Hand Towels (4)

The Fabric
Made from 100% long-staple cotton, with a plush 600 GSM weight and 0% synthetic fibers. Finished with double-stitched hems for added durability.

Durability
Soft from the first use and designed to last for years, becoming even softer wash after wash.

Absorbency
Dense, highly absorbent cotton designed to dry you comfortably without feeling excessively heavy.

Care guide

Step 1 Wash before first use
The key to softness and spa-level absorbency from day one. A first wash awakens the fibres and unlocks their full plushness.

Wash before first use at 104°F (40°C)
Use a mild liquid detergent (no bleach or optical brighteners)
Skip the fabric softener — it coats the fibres and reduces absorbency
Spin gently (800 RPM max)

Step 2 Fluff to finish
For that soft, full feeling every time.

Tumble dry on low heat
Add dryer balls to help fluff the fibres
No dryer? Air dry flat or hang, away from direct sunlight

What makes BONOU Home towels different from other brands?

Unlike many towel brands that use lower-grade cotton or prioritize softness over performance, BONOU Home towels are crafted from 100% long-staple premium cotton and woven at a plush 600 GSM. Our refined terry weave creates a towel that feels noticeably thicker, absorbs water more effectively, and stays softer for longer. The result is a luxurious, spa-like experience that doesn't fade after a few washes, but feels exceptional every day.

Do they feel like a 5-star hotel towel?

Yes. BONOU Home towels are designed to deliver the soft, plush, and substantial feel people love about five-star hotel towels. Crafted from premium long-staple cotton, they strike the perfect balance between comfort and absorbency—luxurious without feeling overly heavy. It's the kind of everyday comfort that makes stepping out of the shower feel a little more special.

What does 600 GSM mean?

GSM stands for grams per square meter and indicates the density of a towel. While most everyday household towels range between 300 and 400 GSM, BONOU Home towels are woven at a plush 600 GSM for a noticeably thicker, softer, and more absorbent feel. This premium weight delivers the comfort of a luxury hotel towel while still drying efficiently after use.

How do I care for my towels?`

To keep your towels and bathrobe soft, plush, and absorbent, wash them in cold or warm water (up to 40°C / 104°F) using a mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners, as they can coat the cotton fibers and reduce absorbency over time. For the best results, tumble dry on low heat and remove promptly to help maintain their softness, fluffiness, and performance wash after wash.

What are your towels made from?

Our towels are crafted from 100% long-staple premium cotton, known for its exceptional softness, durability, and absorbency. Combined with our refined terry weave, this creates a towel that feels plush against the skin, dries effectively, and maintains its quality wash after wash.

Will my towels stay soft wash after wash?

Yes. BONOU Home towels are crafted from 100% long-staple premium cotton and a refined terry weave, helping them maintain their softness, plushness, and absorbency over time. While a small amount of natural lint may appear during the first few washes, this is normal for premium cotton towels. With proper care, your towels will continue to feel thick, comfortable, and beautifully soft for years to come.

Do BONOU Home towels dry quickly?

Yes. Unlike many thick towels that stay damp for hours, BONOU Home towels are designed with a refined terry weave and breathable long-staple cotton that promotes airflow. This allows them to absorb water quickly while still drying efficiently on the rack, giving you the best of both worlds: plush comfort without the lingering dampness.

Can I return my order?

Your comfort comes first. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 30 days and we'll take care of the rest.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders. To ensure your towels arrive as quickly as possible, every order is dispatched the same business day when placed before our daily cut-off time. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link to follow your delivery.
