Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Every order includes complimentary shipping, with no minimum spend and no hidden fees.

Where do you ship?

We currently deliver across the USA, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, and the UAE.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Amsterdam time, GMT+01:00) are usually dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next business day.

Please note that orders are not processed during weekends or public holidays.

Which courier will deliver my order?

We work with trusted carriers such as DHL and FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a tracking link so you can follow every step of its journey.

What if my order arrives damaged?

While we take great care in packaging every order, shipping damage can occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include clear photos of both the product and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

What happens if my package is lost?

If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please get in touch with us. We'll investigate the issue and work with the carrier to find a solution.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. BONOU Home cannot be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.
